SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders are usually shipped out of our warehouse in Sweden within 5-10 working days. Since we produce on demand it might sometimes take a few days extra. If that is the case you will be informed about an estimated shipping date. Delivery time depends on destination.

Well not excatly everywhere, but we are trying our best to add more and more countries as we go. If your country is not on our list, please contact us.

TAX/DUTIES


Orders shipping within Europe will not be subject to any customs duties/taxes on delivery.

For products sold outside the EU, customs duties and VAT may apply, depending on the region. Please note that these fees are paid by the recipient of the package. As customs policies and import costs vary between countries, we cannot provide information on how much this may cost. Please contact your local customs office for current fees before placing your order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER


You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

 

UNCLAIMED PACKAGE


If you don’t retrieve your package within 7 days it will automatically be sent back to us. If this happens your order will be consider as a return. There will be an additional return shipping cost and administration fee, approximately EUR 80. 

 

RETURNS


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return your order. Please inspect your order upon reception, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

If you wish to return an item, you can request a return authorization by contacting us. Please state your name, order number, and which item you wish to return. If an item has been damaged during shipping, you must send pictures of the damaged packaging and item before we can accept the claim.

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email confirming the return, and instructions of what to do next. If your return request is rejected, you will be notified via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The return shipping cost is paid by the customer, unless a wrong or faulty item was sent. We recommend you use a tracked service to return the goods to us. We do not offer exchanges

 

REFUNDS


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that we will not refund any shipping, tax/duties/VAT costs. Also remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

FORCE MAJEURE 


Force majeure is included in our terms of purchase to deal with unforeseen events beyond our control. These may include natural disasters, war, strikes or other unexpected events that may affect our ability to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer. If a force majeure event occurs, this may mean that the delivery is delayed or that we cannot fulfill our obligations in the agreed way. We reserve the right to be exempt from liability for such events in accordance with applicable law and contract. We always strive to inform you of any delays and to resolve the situation in the best possible way. We appreciate your understanding and patience under such circumstances.
